Can you say drugged up by fame?! Seriously WTF is this? This photo was during the Fourth of July. Was she really trying to go with the theme? I mean be serious if your past the age of 8 then stop dressing up based on the holidays LOL. I personally think that Chris Brown knocked her fashion sense out. Is she trying to portray a LIL KIM look or trying to be involved in fashion independence? lmao
